About us
At the Mindful Mill, we provide coaching services to corporations, educational institutions and individuals seeking to improve productivity, wellbeing and happiness. We have distilled and industrialised mindfulness concepts into practical steps that will help you to achieve a much healthier state of being.
We are very excited to offer game-based mindfulness training using games that have been meticulously designed and tested by our team. We also offer bespoke mindfulness retreats, as well as traditional face-to-face and online coaching.
The Mindful Mill is located in Sauve, South of France. This little village is a nirvana; a place where you can escape the busy world and just live in the moment - a place where you can be at peace. And it was finding this inner peace that inspired productivity at The Mill, then came the desire to share this discovery with others, thus The Mindful Mill was born. Our mission is to cultivate productivity through mindful awareness.
Meet our team
Alex has spent many years in the energy business working on science and the business of science, all over the world. Along the way he has picked up a passion for training and development, both in the delivery as well as the systems that support it. Presently, as well as managing the back-office of The Mindful Mill, Alex is working on a series of live and online games to introduce people and workplaces to the value of the practice of mindfulness.
After leaving the GSA, holding the cup for choreography, Debbie began her career in the West End theatres of London. She appeared in original productions such as Dad's Army and Tom Stoppard's The Real Thing, six West End shows, two Number 1 tours and several seasons as leading lady in repertory theatre. Later, Debbie teamed up with the famous, award-winning writer, Tony McHale, and together they created Live Business; a company that provided every aspect of entertainment to the corporate and leisure industry. The company went on to become the largest of its kind in Europe, boasting blue chip clients such as Tui, British Airways, Hertz, P&O and McDonald's. With a career that has embraced both performer and director, Debbie hopes to bring all of that experience to The Mindful Mill and is proud to be part of the team on this exciting journey.
